Ban Button

The ban button was/is the favorite means of maintaining the Kimpire and, ironically, the agent of its downfall. Heidi and her moderators had the unfortunate habit of banning members from kimkins.com for the most nonsensical of reasons, including:

• Asking questions about Heidi's before and after pictures
• Posting on other sites
• Any reason at all

Since members paid up to $59.95 for a 'lifetime membership' those who were booted were understandably quite angry about being summarily banned. This led to the class action lawsuit.
